Another Community Center

We are SO excited to announce that Mission Ahava is partnering with Instituto Solid Rock Brasil in the opening of a 2nd Children’s community center in São Paulo! Currently, 60 children, ages 6-14 are coming daily (soon to be 90, then 120! 🙌🏼) to participate in sports activities, music classes, theatre, learn life skills, but it’s so much more. Every day they get a hot, nutritious meal. They receive LOVE, support and affirmation. We work to strengthen their families who are living in challenging situations as well as abuse and violence prevention. We believe each child has a purpose and the most important thing we can offer them is the unfailing LOVE of Jesus that transforms lives. From lonely to Loved, from despair to full of Hope, from lost to FOUND.

Meet Debora, the incredible Director of the newest Children’s Community Center in Brazil! She is truly committed and dedicated to her work. Debora is very focused on devotional time with the children at the CCA, giving them opportunity to encounter Jesus. She walks in love whether playing with the kids or mentoring the staff. Debora’s heart is to see people’s lives transformed no matter their age or background. We love you Debora and we are so thankful for the way you love and serve the kids!
